1.      Describe your primary research strategy?  What tools will you employ and who is responsible?
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â We planned to conduct a primary market research to figure out the potential issues related to the service, such as how much customers are willing to pay, whether they like the service or not, and would they likely to refer their family and friends to our service or not. Based on our research, we planned to focus our primary market research on people between 30-39 years of ages. Because Golf digest magazine mentions that people below 40 years has the highest percentage of core golfers in the United States.
While conducting research, we planned to employ survey because it’s fast,          easy, quick and time saving. As a backup plan, we discussed in our team to         conduct face-to-face interviews with golf expert in case of any confusions.          Primarily our Chief Marketing Manager, Ms. Rachel Novotny is responsible for         conducting this primary market research while cooperating with all the team        members and the participants.

3.What are the risks involved with this concept (i.e., why might it not work and what  can you do to mitigate the risks)?  Â
               - There are few risks involved with this concept at this point such as not being able to         attract enough customers because of lack of publicity. Since we have no direct          competitors at this point, we have very low-to moderate competitive risks; however, we      are concerned with the technology and operational risks. To mitigate these risks, we are
Putting some more efforts on Research and development so that we are able to bring           the best software possible in the market. In addition, there could be risks of not having          enough funds in the beginning and not having sufficient investor support. Also, at this                       point not having adequate vision is a risk. In order to mitigate this risk, we are currently     working on trying to understand the golf market and predict future needs so that we could          come up with a better service that market needs in the future.
