trouble with this visual basic assignment

Hello,

 

I'm having trouble with this visual basic assignment. Professor is stating:

 

"It should honestly take less than 15 minutes to design the form, and the same amount of time to develop the code. Really! The algorithm for this program is very very simple, and the code for this program is only a few lines. If you are writing dozens of lines of code, you are doing this program the wrong way (and will suffer a bit in your style grading)."

 

I cannot for the life of me see how this code can only be a few lines.

 

I've attached the assignment and the .exe file.

 

I've seen this already answered, but the code is dozens of lines. I'm curious as to how to do it in only three
