creating a simple html page

Hi tutors, I need help with creating a simple html page that has a JavaScript generated table that will convert miles to kilometers for a range of numbers from 25 to 100.  There is to be no more than one decimal place for numbers displayed as kilometer values.   The rows are to have alternating background colors and the columns must have proper headings assigned.
