I have to write a paper for my psych lab , that includes lit reviews in apa format , I have all instructions and info from the lab needed. Below are the instructions and an example.I will upload the experiment info once the work is assigned. The topic is contingent reinforcement vs.NCR
Â
In Experiment V we will use the A-B-A-B reversal design to examine and compare the effects of reinforcement that is presented contingent on responding to the same amount of reinforcement presented freely. When reinforcers are presented freely no response is required to produce them. This is referred to as NonContingent Reinforcement (NCR).Â
In the A phase (baseline) we will conduct a Variable Interval 30-second (VI-30) schedule. In the B-phase weÂ
will conduct a Variable-Time 30-second (VT-30) schedule. A VT-30 second schedule presents reinforcers for free—that is, independent of responding. In the second A-phase (baseline recovery) we will repeat VI-30 second schedule. Then, in the last B-phase we will repeat the VT-30 second schedule. A sample graph for this procedure is presented below.Â
