thinking before speaking

This is a good question, because I'm the type of person that doesn't think before speaking. I do know that far as decisions that need to be made on my behalf, I'd have to say that I do like facts and not assumptions, nor do I rely on feelings as much. The strengths of my point is that I am a strong person and I do a lot of thinking which at some point does determine my destiny. I will give a person the benefit of the doubt for a long period of time, I don't give up on myself or anyone so quickly. My weak point of view is that I will hold back my feelings until it forces me to make a quick choice to give up on a situation or someone and not look back for a while. I seem to have my thought process all backwards, then again it could be that I should speak what I feel and think when I do.
