I need help building 3 projects which is essentially started from phase one to three. I have attached the photo of the first phase which also includes the following requirements:
1) You should have an about form and it shouldn't be a child form and it should have the description, title, version number, and copyright attributes (notice that about is under Help in the menu (it's on the right hand side of the picture-- easy to overlook). This should be a singleton
2) Have a splash screen. (this video makes one with a professional looking progress bar https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vj9poayFd5Q). You don't need a professional looking progress bar
3) There are 3 additional child forms-- Guests, Rooms, and Reservations. These forms should use the singleton pattern. Each child form will have just 1 button on them-- a close button.
4) setup the menus like in the picture
5) There should be a tool bar with 3 buttons that open each room form. Place tool tips on each button
6) There should be a  context menu which shows up when you right click on the form giving you three choices to open each room form
7) You can open these forms 3 ways: 1 you can go to the edit menu and find these forms listed. 2 You can click on them in the toolbar and 3 You can right click on the form (context menu) and pick the form you want from the drop down menu that appears.
8) Status bar with time of day
Phase 2 - Cottage 2
Modify your previous Claytor's Cottage to complete the Reservations option using a presentation tier and a business services teir.
Presentation tier Requirements
The form should have radio buttons for King, Queen, or Double (beds). Include text boxes for entering the customer's name, address, and phone number; the number of nights styed; credit card type; and credit card number. Name, nights stayed, and credit card number are required fields-- use an error provider to inform the user if they are not filled in. Use a check box for weekend or weekday rate anda check box for AARP or AAA members. display the price in a label or Read-Only text box.
Business Services Tier
Make sure you add constants, private variables, and public properties to do the following
Throw an exception if the number of days is not greater than 0. Calculate the price using the following table
| Beds | Sunday-Thurs rate | Weekend Rate (Friday/Saturday) |
| King | $95.00 | $105.00 |
| Queen | $85.00 | $95.00 |
| Double | $69.95 | $79.95 |
Â
Add a room tax of 7 percent.Â
AAA and AARP customers receive a 10 percent discount rate, which is calculated before tax. Note, If you are both AAA and AARP you still only receive a 10 percent discount.
Extra Credit
Use a Calendar to pick the arrival and departure date
