The approach that you take on this the intelligence cycle has valid points, however there is still a lot that needs to be completed inside each of those processes. Four steps is a more streamlined idea and that would look great on a slideshow. Only four steps people would say; little do they know that each process has its own cycle. Comparing what I wrote about and how ithe cycle has even seen the processes go from five steps to seven steps. The issues that arise from the cycle is stovepiping and there is not a good answer to ridding the cycle of it. Sense there are so many different agencies in the IC, would this be the cycle for all of them? It's a good question because every agency has different requirements to meet different missions and the need for more processes may be
