Compare and contrast Florida's voter turnout rate, party preference, type of primary, registration requirements and early vote rules with one other state.  You can choose any state to compare to Florida.  Does the state have a primary similar to Florida's?  How does the voter turnout in that state compare to Florida's?  Which political party does the state usually support and how does that compare to Florida?  How do the voter registration requirements and early voter rules in Florida compare to those of the state you selected?  All papers should be approximately three to five pages, typed a.nd double-spaced, with Times New Roman 12 font in Microsoft Word and/or PDF. Papers must be in Chicago style (footnotes-bibliography) format and contain at least four citations
