Expressions of Quadratic Functions

Quadratic equations are used in many different real-life applications. Research quadratic functions and give at least two different ways in which they can be applied to situations in the real world. Remember to acknowledge your reference(s).

For this week's discussion board, you are required to research (this means you must include your resource links!) I want you to research what real-world applications quadratics have. Please DO NOT use this example, as this is what my professor used to show us an example. And this is what she used below to get us started and that is super mario bros:
