Where do we see elements of theatre and performance in real life? This requires some thinking outside the box, but once we do so, a lot of aspects we have learned translate to life experiences that are never conventionally regarded as theatrical. Consider these ideas:

I encourage you to find examples that are subjective and unique to you: if you are interning as a nurse or raising a toddler or on a softball league, take those aspects and find parallels with the world of theatre and performance.
