My knowledge about job analysis is very limited because I have never been in a position to conduct a job analysis. I do have my own personal experience to where I conduct a job analysis on my own when I, myself is searching for a job. I, of course always read the job duties, job specifications. At the two credit union's I have worked for I do know that the HR department conducts the job analysis and includes specific duties and requirements specific to that particular position. I do know that going into the HR field I would have more experience in job analysis.
