What would success look like?,

A long time ago I asked a relative on why they always put caution hot as an illustration on a cup of hot coffee since we should already know coffee comes hot. Well, she explained to me that a person came to buy a cup of hot coffee and as soon as she got the cup of joe it slipped and spilled onto her causing burns. Well needless to say she filed a lawsuit because of this situation so now these companies put caution hot on the cups to illustrate a sense of caution on an already warm to the touch cup of coffee to exclude the risk of any other lawsuit due to this matter.
