Good discussion of advantages of online collaboration platforms!   You mentioned, relative to Skype, “One of the disadvantages that affects a majority of users it that it has quite an outdated interface making it difficult for use to some users.”

Can you provide a specific example of something in the Skype interface that is outdated?  Why is it outdated and how does it make using Skype difficult?
