I bring to this position more than thirteen years over of experience in the airline industry. My first job was with Lufthansa German Airlines in Boston, MA. The Company noticed that I brought a lot of enthusiasm to work, and so I was happily promoted to Lead Ticketing Agent and Performance Coach/Image and Impact Coordinator. In this task, I was in charge of ensuring that all brand attributes were being executed by all agents in the most professional way possible; I achieved that by giving trainings to the team, both theoretical but also one-on-one coaching sessions. Later in my career, I took a position of Station Supervisor, working on the Lufthansa account in Los Angeles, CA. There, I was in charge of managing the daily flight operation, which included driving the team to achieve safe, on time departures. I oversaw the check-in and provided daily performance feedback reporting to the management. Since my passion is working in the aviation industry, I decided as well to develop myself further by pursuing a degree in Aviation Management, which I am currently doing at Florida Institute of Technology.
