reiterating a phrase

Hello, I'm looking for a word that means constantly reiterating a phrase when referring to something unacceptable that offends a particular group, but without anyone from the group knowing.

 

Ex: That's so gay! That's so Jewish! That's so ... etc

 

Sentences: Every time someone would come to class in the wrong outfit or make the wrong move during Chinese checkers, Jimmy clengsman would yell out "that was gay!"

 

Or, in my book I'm reading. Similar to the example above, an all-black school would use this phrase about Caucasians. "That's so Caucasian!"
