Having read your paper, Iâm still not entirely sure how the 1996 act and the 2010 ACA relate to each other. Did the ACA repeal the earlier bill? Do they operate alongside one another? What exactly does the 1996 bill do?

Your paper is on the short side. You could easily expand it by doing a bit more to explain in plain language what the 1996 law does and how it relates to the ACA. You might also consider adding a paragraph or two on the controversy surrounding the ACA and the Republican efforts to repeal and (perhaps) replace it.
