Part III

Using any software, develop a flow chart from negotiation to an agreement. In your flowchart, note the highlights and/or major changes or roadblocks encountered in the process. Refer to Appendix Figures A-1 and A-2 from Michael John Garcia's article in the Part II above as a basis for your treaty's or agreement's flowchart. A treaty will have 10 steps and an agreement will have 7.
