Nowadays, there are several applications used to buy things such as Amazon. Amazon is an application used to buy things online and delivered to the customer’s address.

 

                In this application people can easily find what they want online. In this application people can almost find what they want. This application has many offers so you can buy your things cheaper than outside this application. With this application, you can get your things delivered with variety time depends on when you want to get your things delivered. Prime users can get they delivered with in two days. In addition, sometimes they delivered your product at the same day. With this application you will save time and money when you order.

 

                I highly recommend this application for several reasons. This application will save my time. I can order whenever I want and get my product delivered with in two days. Also, I can cancel or return the order if I don’t like it with no more fees.

                I cloud is an application used to save people’s information online. In this application, people can save their pictures, contacts, videos, and notes online and they can return it whenever they want. I cloud can return your information if your laptop or phone stole by someone. People who have a lot of information can save their information with paying a few amount of money monthly.                 This application allows people to book hotels online. Booking gives the customers a lot of options when they book through their website or application. People can choose the amenities they want such as Parking, Wi-Fi, and Breakfast. In this application, people can cancel their reservations if they want to. Booking provides rewards for VIP customers. With booking through Booking application, people don’t need to go to travel offices to book their hotels.

 

                I really recommend this application for many reasons. Booking will save company’s time and money. This application is easy to use so you don’t need to train your staff how to use it. With using this application, you have many choices to choose your hotel with your own amenities.

Suggestion:

 

I think that it’s very important for project management to administer the consultant in effectively way. Companies project team shouldn’t lacked ERP experience. In order to avoid failed implementation the external consultant should be able to provide professional advice to project management team.

 

2- ERP software misfit.

Suggestion :

 

ERP software should be fitting with the business requirements. Also, ERB system shouldn’t utilize in a limited way.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is business process management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources.

 

ERP is a central system of the organization. It provides useful information to management, so management can understand what’s happening with customers, suppliers and employees. It also helps management respond quickly and coordinate the company’s resources to outperform competitors and save cost. Companies can rely on ERP systems to manage accounting, reporting, human resources, supply chains, customers and sales.

 

The common reasons for ERP implementation failures are poor change management, insufficient functionality and consultant issues. The poor change management includes inadequate training and executive planning. Managers and employees’ lack of understanding of the ERP system will impact their core responsibilities. For example, when the cosmetics company Avon adopted ERP system for a new mobile order-processing system, many sales representatives left the company due to their unfamiliarity with technology. Also, some companies didn’t research the ERP system’s capabilities in depth before they implement the system, which failed to support a critical function of company’s business. In addition, the consultants didn’t fully understand their client’s needs, which led to wrong customization of the ERP system.

The successful implementation of an ERP system in any organization can be affected the culture within the organization, which could be a characteristic of the culture within a particular society. Implementing an ERP system is a major cultural change for any organization.

Several culture factors could affect the implementation of ERP systems and below are some of the factors that have been identified:

Taking Chinese culture for example, state-owned companies are more likely to be absorbed in improved managerial control and lowered costs, particularly through the use of international best practices. State-owned companies also incline to have more problems in integrating data, as employees identified with departments rather than the entire firm. Managers in traditional companies like Chinese case firms have less trust in data quality and took more actions to verify data. Also, taking Chinese organization culture there are distinct differences in top management involvement, with high levels in foreign-controlled organizations and low participation in state-owned firms.
