classify America as on of the most Culturally diverse

I classify America as on of the most Culturally diverse countries in the world, most accepting of other cultures thats a different story. I feel as though because there is a higher tolerance for diverse individuals, people still feel a drive to come to America to be engulfed in the whole experience. Culture to me embraces just about everything your about. The things you celebrate with others in your community, they views you see how you think approaching any given situation is right or wrong all derive from your culture. I think through the years our country as become much more aware of allowing other to express themselves through there culture needs viewing things like Cinco De Mayo, Hanukkah, or Ramadan legitimize celebrations for others is very important for where America stands with supporting others views in the much greater community. And that is something that is important to view in the workplace as well. Others take different stances, celebrate differently, and stand for different topics based on what is surrounded them everyday and that reallocates in the work the put in for any given organizations views. One way I want to show my culture appreciation would be able to speak fluently in another language with a native.
