Affirmative action is defined as any measure taken beyond termination of a discriminatory practice, adopted to compensate for past or present discrimination and to prevent this action fur future occurrence. Affirmative action is the proactive approach established by the state of a country in which one entity has to follow the procedures and to adhere standard. Affirmative action plan describe the set of standards, action needs to be taken and the procedures to follow.
