I need a seasoned Finance Tutor to check my work in progress for my MBA Finance Course.

I have a 90 point project due next week. I need a seasoned Finance Tutor to check my work in progress for my MBA Finance Course. I need help in particular on the spreadsheet. I'm not sure how to get my discount rate? Also please check my (cashflows, NPV, IRR, WACC) and give direction in answering the questions. The file attached has four tabs. I currently have a B+ in the course so I am doing OK, I would like an A so your specific direction will be helpful. I do not need help on the spider diagram tab. Mainly, please correct whatever you see that I have done incorrectly as well as point me to how to go about answering questions.
