Hey,

This is a very easy work need to do and it has to be done as soon as possible!!!

I need to write one page of speech draft for the case study "Leadership development: cases for analysis". I'm doing the last part of presentation about conclusion and recommendation. So if you can help me to write it, you just need to read the case that I upload below ( it's very short and easy to understand) , and then use very easy words to write one page of speech draft (not essay, just one page speech draft that I can put on the PPT and I can use it when I presentation.) For the case, I think Pat is not a good leader, and Carmelita Suarez's Leadership style is good for office politics, so recommendation will be talk more about leadership style in the office politics.

Second, it is very easy, too. Find a short video about office politics which no more than 2:30min, it has to be fun and easy to understand the office politics.

Whole work is easy to be done and no need spend you a lone time. I'm a not good writer, so I really need your help if you can.
