The retail clinics are advantageous to patient outcome because they are located in retail supermarket and pharmacy chains to provide high-quality, affordable, and easily accessible health care services for communities. They improve patient outcome through offering patient-centered, comprehensive, and accessible, and also coordinating care with all of the patients’ primary care and specialty care provider teams.
