Objective

To prepare a scholarly report on one aspect of the Training industry.

Topic

• The Strategic Role of Trainers in the Organization

Expectations

• The paper will be between 3-4 pages in length
• It will include a bibliography with at least 3 references (in addition to the text).  The bibliography page does NOT count as one of the 3-4 pages.
• Use APA format.
• It is grammatically correct and uses proper spelling.

Topic Approval (Assignment)

An assignment in week 1 is to submit an outline of what your paper will include.  This assignment is worth 10 points toward your Term Paper grade.

Planning the Paper-(Suggested milestones)

Week 2- Submit outline.

Week 3- Project due March 25, 2017.

Comments:

At this stage you should have already done your research and therefore a set of references should be available.

You have given a definition for your thesis statement, however, the thesis statement should show the main information to be found in the paper. One can look at a thesis statement to determine whether or not the information he/she is looking for will be found in that paper.

The conclusion is to bring together all you have written about in your paper.
