Topic: EMPLOYMENT, WORKER PROTECTION, AND IMMIGRATION LAW

 

1. Discuss the case emphasizing the connections between business, law, politics, and ethics.

2. Most countries provide 12-16 weeks for maternity/paternity leave. I think that if we had a similar policy for workplaces in the USA instead of 6 weeks, that the FMLA challenges would cease. Share your thoughts on this?
