currently i rent a house to old couple who do not pay the due amount on time who do not have respect towards me and who dont even answer my phone calls anymore. ( they have not even paid last months bill mention this on letter) please write me a profesional one page letter which states that they have one month to move out. include in letter that they have not been paying on time they dont answer the calls, and because they dont have respect i want them out. in letter mention theres no contract between us anymore they live month to month so i can ask them to leave anytime. in letter it should be mentioned that 31 january is the last day of them being there.
