I need to compare two original menus from different preschools, with two healthier replacement menus for each of the original menus. Compare each original sample menu with its corresponding replacement menu and explain why the replacement menus are better nutritional options for your two facilities.

Information:

Must be in a word document, with each section in a new paragrah

Must have at least 3 APA sources cited in text and references at the end

Preferable, for example : The original breakfast option for East Alleghany Preschool lacked protein and whole grain as part of their menu. For lunch, turkey burger on a whole wheat bun was suggested to replace the cheeseburger on a bun option. -explain why these replacement options are healthier for these children, nutritional value wise. explaining what nutrients provide what, and why preschoolers need more nutrition. 

overall, explain nutrition and compare the two menus, explain why certain nutrients are needed in general and for preschool aged children, and more facts about serving sizes for this age group and their requirements caloric-wise. 

this will be formed into a slideshow format, so if you can please add the headings as : slide 1: Title (whichever it is), slide 2:...etc. Also at the end of each section presenter notes with statistics (cited) would be great!

             -Spinach and cheese omelet (1 egg), whole wheat toast (1 slice), low fat milk (1/2 cup), banana

-Lunch for January 11, 2017:      

            -Spaghetti (whole wheat pasta) (2 cups), broccoli (1 cup), low fat milk (1/2 cup)

 

• 2)Alternative Menu's for East Alleghany Preschool

         -Scrambled egg (1 egg), wheat toast (1 slice), low fat milk (1/2 cup), banana

Lunch for January 11, 2017:

          -Organic turkey burger on whole wheat bun, steamed corn (1/2 cup), low fat milk (1/2 cup), whole apple
