Section 1: The Marketing Offer for One Market Segment of the SVSU MBA Program
               Since America has the most attractive education resources in this world, there are more and more international students desire to come to United States to receive the better education every year. Therefore, the SVSU MBA Program should catch this great opportunity to expend its MBA Program in the market segment of international students.
               Taking above into account, the first thing that SVSU MBA Program has to do is figure out what exactly international student needs.In my opinion, the most common need for international students who would like to study in a MBA Program of American universities is to receive the great education. Therefore, if the SVSU MBA Program could satisfy this need for international students, the Program could attract more international students. There are several potential elements that could help the SVSU MBA Program to improve the satisfaction for international students, which are online courses, scholarship, internship programs, college culture, instructor portfolio, and achievements of the MBA Program. The following table will illustrate the relationship between the student need and potential elements.
               For the ranking of the importance of the need to international students and potential elements, the proper score will be provided to measure the relationship between each other. Therefore, the importance of the need to international studentsand potential elements will be scored between 1 and 10, where 1 is unimportant and 10 is very important (see following table).
