We are currently seeking energetic, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to play a key role in our growth. We have openings at our Irvine office in our Call Center for Call Center Representatives. This is an hourly, non-exempt level position. This is a great opportunity for people interested in healthcare.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Work with our clients in a call center environment and build solid relationships with parties involved in their care
• Take incoming phone calls from clients and caregivers and address any issues surrounding care that may arise
• Be available during various shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
• Find caregivers whose skills match client’s needs and schedule emergency shifts
• Provide customer service and directly resolve any issues and concerns
• Receive extensive hands-on training on the healthcare industry, medical terminology and customer service

Requirements:

• Available to work swing shift or overnight shift
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 year’s customer service experience, Call center experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive “Can Do” attitude
• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Highly dependable – excellent attendance record & strong work ethic
• Highly Organized
