d Term Evaluation
As agreed in class, the mid-course evaluation will consist of a presentation instead of an exam.
The presentation should last about 5 minutes, and be on a topic related to e-business.
The deliverables will be the presentation and a document (PowerPoint or word) to be uploaded
into Turnitin on Moodle. Any statistics quoted must be correctly cited (for example in the
Powerpoint slide notes).
It can be done alone or in pairs.
The Topic
The topic can be on anything related to e-business. Since some of you have online shops or have
used digital advertising, you might like to give a presentation on your experiences.
Alternatively, you may wish to give a presentation covering in greater depth a point we have
discussed in class.
If you do not know what to do, here are some other ideas:
- The impact of the long tail
The development of programmatic advertising
Short term future trends for B2C e-business.
The recent development and / or future perspectives for e-business in your home country.
Describe a success story of an online business in your home country (not if your home
country is the USA).
Etc etc.
