Response to questions about advertisements, writing homework help

Answer all questions for each ad:

1)What is the ad selling? Keep in mind that this not just be the stated product.

2) What larger idea or message is the ad communicating? Think of the bigger picture or story of the ad beyond the product.

3) What advertising strategies are being used (ie: disassociation corollary, bandwagon, etc)? Is the ad using hard or soft sell tactics?

4) Is this ad using the common tactic of the hidden fear appeal? Does it try to create a false need in the mind of the consumer?

5) To what audience is the ad targeted? What magazine would feature this type of ad?

6) Is there anything about the ad that works best in print specifically? How would the strategy change in TV or radio?
