Command Climate Survey

I need a graduate response to my classmate discussion forum (DF). I need this question to have a logical 150 word essay response agreeing or disagreeing to Kaleigh’s response.

 Also See attachment... I wrote the top portion and she responded below. I’m in the Army and we use a Command Climate Survey…you can google this and find out the necessary info need to answer Kaleigh’s response.
