  3. In a one-to-two page paper discuss the following:
    1. Why was the plaintiff acting pro se?
    2. The plaintiff was enrolled in a Medicare Advantage (MA) program. The regulation at issues is 42 C.F.R. § 422.112(a)(3). What does this section mean in the context of the number of providers "opting out" of Medicare?
    3. What does the reference to "emergent care" in 42 C.F.R. § 422.112 mean? What would happen in no MA network provider was available and the situation was critical, such as a burst appendix?
