A pulley with moment of inertia I and radius R is connected to a mass M at rest on an incline of angle theta. The mass is attached to a spring of constant k. The pulley is rotated so that the spring is stretched a distance d and then is released. Assume no friction in the pulley's axle or on the the incline.
