part 2
comment in this paragraph
Leaders are made and not born. A leader is a learned behavioral through observation and learning. Leadership is a skill which is taught through training, perception, practice, and experience over time.
The garden as metaphor in Nelson Mandela's book a long walk to freedom is simply put as a being a leader even if it means taking unpopular action and the glory could lie in the facts that are only known to those who win in them. To elaborate on the garden as a metaphor in Nelson Mandela's book a long walk to freedom: The understanding I gain from the research, a garden or a leader must tend to his garden by planting seeds, watching the seeds grow by what is put into the soiled through cultivating and harvesting the result. A leader is a teacher that must take responsibility for what is cultivate by trying to repel enemies and preserving what can be preserved. An example of a leader in the healthcare field. After doing a great deal of research on a great leader in the healthcare field there was one name that came to mind PresidentBarack Obama. Â
President Barack Obama created Patient Protection and Affordable care act which expand healthcare to millions of individuals through the insurance exchange to lower the price of health insurance. I admirePresident Barack Obama for creating an opportunity for each America to afford health insurance regardless of pre-existing conditions. The patient protection and affordable care act will allow an individual to get health insurance and the opportunity to get primary care which will prevent ongoing health issue. I am grateful to have the opportunity to gain health insurance now I am working and maintaining income that is feasible to gain health insurance at a lower cost.
The primary reason I chosen President Barack Obama is that he provided millions of American the opportunity to have access to affordable health insurance and healthcare. The President went to great length to ensure that Americans can have access to health insurance while making it affordable. The President set the bar where no individual will have an excuse to have affordable health insurance and the access to preventable care.
