Canadian Taxes

Hey guys, I really need help or some advice on how to deal with this situation. This is regarding Canadian Taxes only. Please bare with me, cause I'm in REAL BAD DEBT/ Four years ago, I decided to switch accountants Now, I have to owe taxes that even an average citizen wouldn't owe in a decade. Here's what that accountant did wrong : He never showed how much income I made in that year. He lied about my income and filed the tax return without my knowledge. I've been in debt ever since. I've incurred penalties and fees from CRA for not paying the taxes owed because I simply cannot pay that huge sum of money. My credit has been damaged, so I cant even get a loan if I need to. The government is basically taking money out of my pocket for no reason. I know I have to pay the taxes that I actually owe, but they're asking to pay for the additional taxes and penalties that I do not even owe them. I asked CRA to reassess my income, and they rejected even though the accountant was at fault. Can anyone help me out here? Thank you
