console and change my location

If i purchase a game on a console and change my location to a province where the tax rates are much lower than mine will there be a problem. I changed it and the taxes where only 75 cents in the total, much lower than my tax rates but then it asks to add in the postal code (zip code) can i still proceed by putting a false postal code. Thanks
