Can I sue my own guardian? Asked in Orlando, FL - 33 minutesOkay I'm going to try and keep it short. I lived with one of my older brothers' and his girlfriend for two years. June 2011- August 2013. On our 2012 and 2013 tax returns we had agreed for me to receive $1500 from them for claiming me. Neither years did I receive a dime. I looked past it for a few months but now the have, yet again stolen from me(200$) and I am over It. They have been very sneaky, deceitful, and secretive for too long. I am out of their house and they are still negatively impacting my life. I am now 19, working full-time, out on my own and doing well. My question is can I take them to family/small claims court for the $3, 000 for taxes and this recent $200? Thanks for the help
