pizza delivery driver

I live in Canada, as a part of a plan to buy a house I got a side job working weekends as a pizza delivery driver which increased my income over 10,000 this year but I never got receipts or anything cuz I guess most dont do but I want to so that I can claim income and look better with the bank, I live in Alberta Any advice or good knowledge will be appreciated Thanks
