airline reservation system

I need a airline reservation system. The system must be in Java (work in eclipse) and have the following requirements:

4 different locations to travel to

choose from a date and time (have it randomly tell the user that there are no rooms sometimes)

stores customer names and credit card information (If repeater customer than automatic pulls up saved credit card information)

comments in the java code.
