Assignment 2.

In all the problems, there should be 3 files, the .h and .cpp for the class, and the .cpp for the main. Do the following book problems, with my additions.

1) 16.13 [Invoice.h, Invoice.cpp, InvoiceMain.cpp] - In the main, ask the user for the part number, part description, quantity purchased, and price per item in a loop. Create a vector of Invoices to hold the information. When the user enters -111 for the part number, then he/she is done. After the user is done entering invoices, then loop through all the invoices and print out the part number ,part description, and invoice amount for each invoice. In addition, show the total Invoice Amount for all the orders, and the average invoice amount.

2) 16.14 [Employee.h, Employee.cpp, EmployeeMain.cpp] - In the main, ask the user for employees in a loop. Store each Employee class in a vector. When the user enters QUIT for the employee name, then they are done entering employees.

Once the user is done entering employees, then loop through the employees in your vector and print out the employees full name and their yearly salary. Once the loop is done, print out the employee (and salary) who made the most, and the employee (and salary) that made the least.

Finally, loop one more time and give each employee a 10% raise, and then show the employee full name, and yearly salary again.
