Write a recursive function named printRange that, given the pointer to the root of a BST (binary search tree), a low key value and a high key value, prints in sorted order all records whose key values fall between the two given keys. Function printRange should visit as few nodes in the BST as possible. The function should also provide a count on the nodes visited. Write a C++ program to demonstrate the function which includes facilities for constructing BST’s from user input and which provides the depth of the tree constructed. Calculate the expected number of traversals and compare it to the actual results.
