SQL database

Using PHP

I need a calendar that interfaces with an SQL database and allows customers to choose a time slot.

The calendar should start July 3, 2017 and continue for 8 weeks.

There will be level 1 (5 – 8 year olds) having a 12 hour course. This will be 3 hours a day from 9:00 AM until noon Monday through Thursday.

There will also be a level 2 (9 – 12 years old) having a 12 hour course. This will be 3 hours a day from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday.

Once 10 people have signed up for any class it will no longer allow anyone to sign up.

When someone signs up for a class their name address and phone number should be stored into the SQL database.
