App Inventor for Android

We are using App Inventor for Android, I am having trouble doing the following assignment:

Educational Tablet app for a target audience between K5 - 5th grade. I am looking for a creative, fun, and interesting app.

NOTE: Creativity and Design: My Girl Scout troop will be grading this as thumbs up or thumbs down.
