Technically describe and explain LTE/LTE–Advanced, their approaches and rationale, and features. This is the path being taken to true 4G (meaning, not HSPA/HSPA+, or some advanced version of EVDO, but LTE-based) by most if not all of the 3G UMTS operators (which the 2G GSM systems evolved into in 3G, or most of them).
