Background

One of the advanced statistics for evaluating basketball players is net +/- rating.There are many forms of this rating but, in its basic form, it measures the difference between the team's point differential while the player is in the game and the point differential when the player is not in the game. The measure is often scaled to 100 possessions but you will simply calculate the total for each player over an entire season.

 

Procedure

Extend your solution to Asn3 to calculate the net +/- rating for each player. For a given team, if you have the point differential for each lineup used by the team during the season, you can calculate the +/- rating for each player by summing the point differentials for lineups that include the player and subtracting the point differentials for lineups that don't include the player.

Prompt the user to print a team name (HOU, UTA, etc) then print the +/- rating for each player on that team for the 2009 season. For full credit, print the players and their ratings in descending order of rating. Quit when the user enters 'quit' or 'q'.
