I enjoy listening to Radio talk shows.

I enjoy listening to Radio talk shows.  Recently I learned all I need to know about international trade in comments by one call-in listener: “We’re losing our jobs to foreigners.  They are taking all of the good jobs by making stuff we import.  It’s getting to the point where a grade school graduate is having a difficult time making a living.  I say that we ought to raise the draw bridge, stop imports, and keep all of that foreign stuff out of the country.  We don’t need it, it ruins our economy, and just doesn’t make economic sense.”  Please comment.  You should be able to answer this question in two pages or less
