Can someone please help me with the Part 3 of this assignment:

Scenario:

You're interning in early childhood education, and one of your patients is concerned that her 2-year old daughter has not began speaking. Your program mentor advises you to research cognitive and language skills during this period, including factors that may attribute to developmental delays.

Should be written as a content expert, such as a teacher, medical professional or counselor providing information to the parent or caregiver.

b) background information addressing the issue (incorporate scholarly publication from library research)

c) professional intervention (such as counseling and medication) and educational interventions (testing and placement, teacher resources and training)

You should contact at least two local community agencies (not just Web sites) that can help provide information, training, or support about the problem. Include the informally interviewed employee's contact information, specifics on how to contact the agency, summary of offered services and cost.

► Description of how to deal with the situation: 
Contacted two local U.S. community agencies (not just Web sites) that can help provide information, training, or support about the problem. Included specifics on how to contact the agency, what services they have available, and how much these services cost.


► Conclusion: 
Paper should not just end with description of local community agencies. Provide insight/final thoughts/reactions reached based on your individual research. 2-page limit

► References: 
Appropriate references cited in the body of paper and in a reference section at the end of the report using APA style.

► Format: 
Format must include correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Paper must be neatly typed using 12-point font, and double-spaced. Paper should be between 7-10 pages. The paper should be written either as a letter to a relative or close friend or as a diary from the perspective of a parent writing about his or her child.
