Research paper - Mindfulness practice as a method of reflection

I am working on a 6 - 7 page research paper.  The subject matter to be covered is Mindfulness meditation, what it is made up of and its application in a professional setting.  I have started by gathering sources (most are available online), written up a rough outline of what I want the paper to cover.  I have thus far written the first page of content. I can also provide some more context around what the purpose of the paper when I find someone that might be able to help.  I am trying to create something that will end up fairly polished, a little above and beyond  your standard undergrad writing.  It should have sources cited and documented in APA format at the end of the paper.  More sources will be needed.

The main objective of the paper is ... to describe and analyze mindfulness as a method of reflection and apply it.  Describe and analyze mindfulness drawing upon and integrating relevant literature in the field.
