class Matrix

In Java:

Create a class Matrix with a constructor and method:

Matrix(double[][] matrix): initialize an instance variable to reference the matrix passed in to the constructor as a argument.

double average(): computes the average of all elements in the matrix.

Make sure your average() method handles the case of an empty array (an array with no elements) or a null array by returning a 0.0.

For full credit, your solution should work even if the matrix is ragged, with not all rows containing the same number of columns.
